The Caerphilly Local Service Board ESF Information Sharing Project has developed these training nuggets to supplement and reiterate the messages delivered through the Personal Information Sharing eLearning.
The training has been devised in conjunction with Gwent Police, Aneurin Bevan University Health Board, Caerphilly County Borough Council and Gwent Association of Voluntary Organisations (GAVO) to encourage a partnership approach to information sharing.
We know that partners recognise the importance of information sharing and there is already much good practice in this area. However, partners also tell us that, in some situations, they feel constrained in the sharing of information by uncertainty over when they can do so lawfully. This training aims to provide clarity and will help you understand:

- The processes for lawful information sharing
- How ISPs can support you with information sharing
